The Director of Research and Instruction, an inaugural position, will work closely with the Head of School to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of Eagle Hill School’s (EHS) educational program. This includes assessing and advancing the curriculum, driving research on innovative instructional practices, and leading curricular improvements. The Director will also collaborate with the Associate Head of School to establish systems to monitor and report on student progress, design and oversee professional development initiatives, and create an evaluation program tailored to both new and veteran teachers.
Additionally, the Director will generate the growth of diverse outreach programs to further enrich the school community. The Director will report directly to the Head of School and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
